Jesus Helping Hands

Jesus’ Helping Hands is a ministry at St. Pius X to help those in a stage of their life where they are having a difficult time with house repairs and yard work. The JHH ministry rebuilt a brick back porch that was falling over, repaired moldy bathroom walls, installed a garbage disposal, fixed a few faucets, rebuilt a rock wall and built a wheelchair ramp for access to a house. When fall comes around, families are helped by JHH through raking leaves, yard clean-up, and cutting back the bushes for winter. Other home repairs we have helped with were a new garbage disposal installation, a rock wall rebuild, and a wheelchair ramp installation.

The Jesus’ Helping Hands Team helps those in our community (they do not need to attend St. Pius X) who could use a helping hand with home repairs or contractor advice.
